Submission on revised Gas bill
The Department of Energy developed a Gas Bill to amend the Gas Act and conducted a public consultation on the proposed changes. Our client, a gas trader, would be directly affected by the proposed changes and intended to submit comments on the draft bill.
Project Description
Meridian’s role was to prepare comments on the proposed changes as specialist regulatory economists. We collaborated with the client’s legal advisors in compiling a comprehensive response to the proposed changes to the Gas Act.
