Mergence had identified a market opportunity to create a Renewable Energy Debt Fund as a vehicle to provide institutional investors with access to the new infrastructure financing opportunities that arose out of the South African Government’s renewable energy programme.

Project Description

Grové was appointed to, and elected as chairperson of, the external Technical Advisory Committee, established by Mergence with a view of obtaining an external review of the portfolio of projects in its Renewable Energy Debt Fund.
