Review of Eskom’s 2005 tariff application
The National Electricity Regulator (the precursor to the National Energy Regulator of South Africa) was required to evaluate Eskom’s 2004 tariff adjustment application. The regulator required additional skills and capacity to undertake the task.
Project Description
Grové was approached by the NER to put together a team of advisors to assist in a review of the Eskom tariff application. The role included project managing the entire review process, including the meetings with all stakeholders, and presenting the final recommendations to the NER Board.
