Project Overview

This project assists South African businesses in developing energy and decarbonisation strategies to navigate the global shift towards cleaner energy. The project helps large industrials, commercial customers, and financial services companies understand the strategic implications of the energy transition, analyse their current energy use, and develop technical, financial, and business model strategies to transition successfully. This involves creating a robust strategic framework, defining a flexible implementation plan, and utilising advanced energy system modelling to examine different scenarios and identify cost and emission reduction opportunities.
